(United States).<\/li><li><strong>Storage and synchronisation of The View CRM sales information:<\/strong> Google (Google Sheets and Google Apps Script).<\/li><li><strong>Hosting and technical processing of The View CRM:<\/strong> Vercel Inc. (United States).<\/li><\/ul>Contact requests received through the form may be recorded in The View CRM for sales follow-up (see section 10). Your data is not sold to third parties.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"7458d9fb\" class=\"tv-legal-h e-heading-base e-default-h2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"7458d9fb\">5. Transfers outside the European Union<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"tv-legal-p e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"3f98fc01\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"3f98fc01\">Some service providers \u2014 Resend, Inc., Vercel Inc. and, depending on server location, Google \u2014 may process data outside the European Union, namely in the United States. Identification and purpose<\/strong><br>The View CRM is an internal sales management platform used in the marketing of the real estate development The View Olh\u00e3o.<br>The platform is used to organise and follow up sales contacts, information requests, property preferences, property presentations, proposals and the related history of relations with prospective clients and parties involved in the sale.<br>The data controller is <strong>Algarpr\u00e9dio \u2013 Sociedade de Gest\u00e3o Imobili\u00e1ria, Lda.<\/strong>, identified in section 1 of this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"tv-legal-p e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"40f6c1b6\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"40f6c1b6\"><strong>10.2. Personal data processed<\/strong><br>Depending on the information provided and the nature of the business relationship, the platform may process:<ul><li>Identification and contact data, including name, email address, phone number and other details provided by the person concerned;<\/li><li>Property preferences, including desired type, floor, orientation, units of interest and investment range;<\/li><li>Information about contact requests, meetings, presentations, visits and sales proposals;<\/li><li>Records of communications and sales follow-up history;<\/li><li>Other data needed to manage the business relationship, where lawfully collected.<\/li><\/ul>Processing is carried out to reply to information requests, follow up prospective buyers, prepare proposals and manage sales processes.<br>The applicable legal bases depend on the specific purpose and may include pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject, legitimate interests in managing business relationships, compliance with legal obligations or consent, where required by law.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"tv-legal-p e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"723de6c3\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"723de6c3\"><strong>10.3. Use of Google services<\/strong><br>The View CRM uses the Google Sheets API and Google Apps Script to store, consult, update and synchronise information related to sales activity.<br>The connection to Google services is made through OAuth 2.0 authentication, with the authorisation of a Google account used to operate the platform.<br>The application may access the email address associated with the authorised account in order to identify it and validate access to the services.<br>Although the technical authorisation may cover read and write operations on spreadsheets, the platform is configured to carry out its sales operations only on the database specifically intended for The View CRM.<br>The application does not use data obtained through Google services for personalised advertising, the sale of personal information or any purpose unrelated to the management and operation of the platform.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"tv-legal-p e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"47da88f2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"47da88f2\"><strong>10.4. Storage, access and security<\/strong><br>Sales information is stored in Google services, using authentication, access control, validation of operations and version history for data recovery.<br>The platform also uses the hosting and technical processing services needed to run the application, including the Vercel infrastructure.<br>Some information may be stored locally in the browser used to access the platform, namely for operation, synchronisation and data recovery.<br>Access to the information is restricted to authorised users, within their professional duties, and technical and organisational measures are in place to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the data.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"tv-legal-p e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"7ca31014\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"7ca31014\"><strong>10.5. Sharing and retention of data<\/strong><br>Personal data may be processed by the technology service providers needed to run the platform, in line with the purposes described here and with applicable legal obligations.<br>The data is not sold to third parties.<br>Information is kept for as long as needed for sales follow-up and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
